God has been a companion and focus of my life since I was a small child. Don and I were married in 1974 and have two grown married children that have blessed us with grandchildren. Our family started attending Dillman in 1999. Wherever we have been, since a young married adult, I have had the privilege to be involved in children’s ministries. Currently, I team teach Sunday School for the K – 2nd grade and teach the lesson for Circle of Friends.

I was a stay at home mom for 12 years. Completed my AS and BS degree in accounting at Indiana Wesleyan University and have worked as an accountant at two Christian organizations until retirement. I am thrilled that being retired doesn’t mean God is done with me yet.

God has great plans for Dillman and I am glad He is allowing me to be a part of it.

After retiring from 32 years of teaching high school and 35 years of Navy active duty and reserve service, God has called me to use my skills and experience for His service. My lifelong passion has been working with kids, which has included summer camps, youth groups and other venues. I currently lead our 4th-6th grade BUDs (Boys Under Development) program and the Youth Sunday School small group.

My wife Debbie and I have attended Dillman Church for over 10 years and enjoy being a part of this active community. We have both enjoyed serving in a variety of lay roles. In addition to the BUDs and Youth Sunday School, I also lead the worship team in our Sunday Morning Service and lead the Christian Education Ministry.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to be able to serve at Dillman Church. It is an exciting time of change for me, and I pray that God will lead us in His wisdom as we become “the People of God on the Mission of God".
